CONTINUING A KOSHER TRADITION

Honoring the legacy of Mr. Aaron Rubashkin and bringing Brooklyn’s finest Kosher Meat to your doorstep.

How it All Started

Welcome to Kosher Meat Store, a proud extension of the legacy built by Mr. Aron Rubashkin and Rubashkin's Meat Store in Brooklyn, NY. Our story begins in the 1950s when Mr. Rubashkin, a visionary in the kosher food industry, embarked on a mission to provide high-quality kosher meat to the growing Jewish population in America and across the globe.

In those early days, kosher food was hard to come by outside of major Jewish cities like New York. Recognizing the need, Mr. Rubashkin and his family, alongside his partner Mr. Lieberman, founded Rubashkin's Meat Store. With unwavering determination, Mr. Rubashkin grew the business, aiming to make kosher meat accessible across the United States.
