Where does Kosher Meat Store deliver?

We proudly offer nationwide shipping, ensuring that no matter where you are, our quality products can be delivered right to your door.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping cost depends on origin, destination, service, package weight, and other considerations. 

Calculate Time and Cost helps you to compare delivery times and published rates for sending UPS shipments to destinations around the world.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged once your order is packed and ready to ship. The final total may be slightly higher or lower than the estimate, as we adjust for any items priced by weight to ensure you’re charged accurately.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders on a weekly basis, and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. 

How do I track using a UPS Tracking number?

Using the tracking number automatically assigned to your shipment, visit your country’s UPS homepage and enter the number in the track window. You can enter multiple tracking numbers if needed.

You'll be able to see the shipping date, the current location of the package and the estimated arrival date, as well as verify the arrival of your shipment. 

If you're using Quantum View Manage, WorldShip, CampusShip orMy Choice, you can set preferences to receive e-mail or text notifications.

I've been tracking my package, but it doesn't seem to be moving.

Your package is still within the UPS network and, unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. 

Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the UPS delivery system. There may be several days between scans if the shipment is going cross-country or moving between countries.

My tracking information shows that a package was left at my address, but I can't find it. What should I do?

To help ensure the safety of your package, the driver will try to leave your package out of plain sight. We recommend that you check all exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. 

If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact the sender to start a claim.

Note: UPS urges package senders (rather than receivers) to initiate claims because package senders are in receipt of the most essential claim documents (invoices, receipts, detailed merchandise descriptions, tracking numbers, etc.).


What should I do if my package is delayed or late?

If ups.com Tracking shows that you have an "exception", it means an event or situation, such as a customs delay, may cause your delivery to be rescheduled. Check the Shipment Progress section in Tracking for details about changes in delivery schedule.

How should I expect my order to arrive?

We utilize modern shipping strategies to keep the product frozen in transit so that when it arrives at your door it’s as good as when it was prepared back at the shop.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

No worries! Your order is carefully packed using the latest freezing technology to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Just be sure to pop it in your freezer as soon as you get home.

Is there a "free shipping" order minimum?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $300, excluding one-day express shipping, which is available for orders over $300 as well.
